Job summary

Northern Tool + Equipment is seeking a Retail Sales Team Lead in Florida to greet and assist customers, maintain in-stock merchandise, and support store operations. You will promote our credit card program, sell service plans on qualifying items, and help lead daily store tasks with a focus on service and teamwork.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of retail experience, the ability to train and mentor teammates, and flexibility to work weekends/holidays.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail experience.
• Spanish language skills preferred.
• Strong communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous, professional service to best serve the needs of our customers.
• Lead customer engagement and sales efforts while actively performing the role of a sales representative.
• Maintain a neat and orderly store environment including merchandising, planograms, product displays and stocking shelves.
• Lead by example, taking on additional responsibilities as needed.
• Support store leadership by serving as Floor Leader (an average of 25% of time) and opening and closing the store.
