Job summary

Total Wine & More in Roseville, MN seeks Store Team Members to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales. You will assist with inventory, merchandising, curbside pickup, and possible deliveries, while maintaining safety and compliance in a busy retail environment.

The role requires a high school diploma (preferred), 1–3 years of retail experience, and familiarity with POS systems. Flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends is needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of work experience in retail is preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and guidance on products.
• Assist with inventory management, merchandising, and stock replenishment.
• Support curbside pickup and delivery services when assigned.
• Greet customers, build relationships, and inform about promotions and loyalty programs.
• Maintain store safety, cleanliness, and compliance with alcohol sale regulations.
• Assist with cross-functional tasks and other duties as assigned.
