Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 2–3 years of retail experience, with preference for prior store leadership roles.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and extended hours; regular attendance essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences using Crocs service model.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and work with Store Management to meet sales goals.
• Assist in all store departments (POS, customer service, merchandising, stockroom) to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
• Maintain high service standards and delegate tasks while monitoring progress.
