Job summary

Crocs, Inc. is seeking a Team Lead, Operations to boost store performance and deliver exceptional customer experiences on the sales floor.

You will lead by example, coach teammates, and ensure smooth operations across merchandising, POS, and stockroom activities. This full-time role requires 2–3 years in retail, flexibility for nights/weekends, and a proactive approach to merchandising and customer service.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 2–3 years of retail experience, preferring candidates with prior store leadership roles.
• Flexibility in schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours; regular attendance and punctuality required.
• Desire to succeed in a high-growth, fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying our service model.
• Champion a positive team culture through ideas, feedback, and concerns while upholding Crocs values.
• Assist in all store departments: POS, customer service, merchandising, product placement, visual presentation, and stockroom operations.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and collaborate with Store Management to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Manage day-to-day team activities, delegating tasks and ensuring timely follow-up while maintaining high service standards.
• Serve as a brand ambassador by staying informed about product launches and brand initiatives.
