Job summary

The North Face in Orlando is seeking a part-time Supervisor to support the store leadership team and drive exceptional customer experiences. You will coach associates, supervise daily operations, and help maximize store profitability while upholding brand standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail or store leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.
• A High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred; hands-on experience valued.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high level of personalized customer engagement and exceed sales goals.
• Support store leadership by coaching and developing associates.
• Supervise daily store operations including opening/closing, floor coverage, and tasks.
• Assist in training new team members and provide ongoing feedback.
• Maintain visual merchandising and product replenishment per brand standards.
• Support inventory integrity and timely product flow to the sales floor.
