Job summary

The North Face, a VF Corp brand, seeks a part-time Supervisor in Michigan to lead store operations and drive sales. You will engage customers, coach team members, and ensure merchandising standards and inventory flow align with brand guidelines.

With 1+ year in retail leadership, you’ll monitor KPIs, support onboarding, and foster an inclusive, high-energy store environment while upholding safety and policy compliance.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail or store leadership experience in a fast-paced customer-focused environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred; hands-on achievements valued.
• Proven ability to drive results through store teams and exceed goals.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Ability to stand and move throughout the store and handle light to moderate lifting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high level personalized customer engagement through authentic interactions.
• Support store team in achieving sales goals by monitoring KPIs and individual targets.
• Model selling behaviors and foster a consumer-centric mindset with customers.
• Coach and develop associates to deliver engagement and meet productivity goals.
• Supervise daily store operations, including opening/closing and task delegation.
• Assist stockroom operations with inventory, shipments, and product flow.
• Participate in training and onboarding new team members and provide feedback.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and timely product replenishment.
