Job summary

The North Face in Orlando is seeking a part-time Supervisor to lead the store leadership team, coach associates, and ensure exceptional customer experiences. You will drive store profitability, uphold safety standards, and foster an inclusive, high-performing environment in a fast-paced retail setting.

Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, coaching staff, and ensuring merchandising and inventory integrity while supporting training and onboarding.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to drive results through store teams and exceed sales and profit goals.
• Skilled in coaching, motivating, and building high-performing, diverse teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence across all levels.
• Solution-oriented and flexible in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment.
• Capable of working independently, managing shifting priorities, and meeting business expectations.
• Comfortable using word processing, spreadsheets, and retail software tools.
• Ability to stand and move throughout the store for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as bending, reaching, squatting, climbing ladders, and lifting light to moderate weight.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high level of personalized customer engagement through genuine interactions.
• Lead and develop associates to deliver high levels of customer engagement.
• Supervise daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures and floor coverage.
• Support stockroom operations by organizing inventory and processing shipments.
• Assist in training and onboarding new team members with ongoing feedback.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and product replenishment per brand directives.
