Job summary

SAS Retail Services, Inc. is looking for a Retail Supervisor in Ohio to lead a merchandising team across Dayton, Springfield, and Cincinnati. You will coach associates, ensure in-store standards, and drive sales through sharp displays and proper shelf execution.

You will build relationships with store managers and brand partners, coordinate with Business Development Managers to achieve targets, and oversee budget and scheduling. Growth opportunities accompany front-line leadership.

Qualifications

• 4 years of retail experience with 2 years supervising others.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage deadlines and shifting priorities.
• Associate's degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team, coach associates, set expectations, and help them hit goals.
• Run store audits and ensure products are stocked, signed, faced, and set to schematic.
• Build relationships with clients and store teams; schedule work appointments.
• Partner with Business Development Managers, Brands, and Retail Managers to hit targets.
• Manage budget and expenses; maintain clear administrative records.
