Job summary

SAS Retail Services, Inc. in Connecticut seeks a Full-Time Retail Supervisor to lead and develop store teams across Milford, New Haven, Stamford and Norwalk.

You will drive sales, merchandising, audits, and client relationships, coordinating with Business Development Managers and Brand teams to meet objectives.

The role requires 4 years of retail experience including 2 in supervision, strong communication, and proficiency with MS Office; travel up to 30% may be involved.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree preferred; 4 years of retail experience including 2 in supervision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple duties with frequent deadlines.
• Basic computer skills and MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Direct and guide retail associates, conduct store audits, and manage retail projects.
• Ensure products are stocked, signed, faced, and aligned with client schematics.
• Build and maintain client relationships, and schedule appointments.
• Monitor expenses to stay within budget and report on variances.
• Provide timely administrative and coaching support to direct reports.
