Job summary

SAS Retail Services, Inc. is seeking a Retail Supervisor to lead a team of merchandising associates, coach store teams, and build strong relationships with clients and brand partners. You will drive in-store execution and sales results across assigned retail locations.

You will coach and motivate a team, manage store audits, and serve as the primary liaison with clients and retail managers to achieve shared targets. A background in retail with supervisory experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 4 years of retail experience, including 2 years supervising others.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to juggle shifting priorities and tight deadlines.
• Comfort with Microsoft Office.
• An Associate's degree is a plus, but not required if you have the experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team. Coach associates, set clear expectations, and help them hit their goals.
• Make stores shine. Run store audits and make sure products are stocked, signed, faced, and set to schematic.
• Build relationships. Be the trusted point of contact for clients and store teams, and schedule work appointments.
• Partner with the business. Work alongside Business Development Managers, Brands, and Retail Managers to hit shared targets.
• Manage your budget. Keep expenses in line with your team's budget.
• Keep things moving. Stay on top of communication and admin so your team always knows what's next.
