Job summary

The Retail Odyssey Company, a division of SAS Retail Services, is seeking a Retail Merchandiser Team Lead in Columbus. You will help design and install product displays, refresh shelves with rotation, and monitor stock levels to drive store sales.

You will also assist leadership with reporting, training, scheduling, and onboarding new hires while maintaining a focus on safety and great customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years merchandising experience.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Reliable transportation to/from work location.
• Experience leading and training people.
• Ability to record work using a smartphone or tablet.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to meet shoppers' needs.
• Build displays and end caps; reset shelves with product rotation.
• Track inventory to maximise sales opportunities.
• Support leadership with reporting, scheduling, and onboarding new hires.
