Advantage Solutions in Cincinnati seeks a Retail Supervisor to lead a team of merchandising associates, ensuring shelves are stocked, signed, faced and aligned to schematics. You will build relationships with retailers and brand partners, driving sales through strong leadership and efficient planning.

You will coach and motivate staff, manage budgets, and collaborate with Business Development Managers to hit shared targets while maintaining clear communication and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• 4 years of retail experience, including 2 years supervising others.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to juggle shifting priorities and tight deadlines while maintaining detail.
• Comfort with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of merchandising associates.
• Make stores shine with audit, stock, signing and schematic compliance.
• Build relationships with clients and store teams, scheduling work.
• Partner with Business Development Managers, Brands, and Retail Managers.
• Manage your budget and expenses, keeping them in line with the team budget.
• Maintain clear communication and administrative tasks to keep momentum.
