Qualifications

• Education Level: Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Field of Study/Experience: 4 years of applicable experience with 2+ years supervisory experience.
• Skills, Knowledge and Abilities: strong written and verbal communication; ability to handle fast-paced environment; work independently; basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Internet).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of merchandising associates.
• Run store audits and ensure products are stocked, signed, faced, and set to schematic.
• Build relationships with clients and store teams; schedule work appointments.
