Job summary

Advantage Solutions is seeking a Retail Supervisor to lead a team of merchandising associates across Dayton, Springfield, and Cincinnati. You will coach, motivate, and build strong relationships with store managers and brand partners to drive sales and store standards.

You will partner with Business Development Managers and Retail Managers to meet shared targets, manage budgets, and ensure timely execution of retail projects.

Qualifications

• 4 years of applicable retail experience.
• 2+ years supervisory experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Well-organized and able to manage details.
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Internet).
• Associate's degree is a plus or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team by coaching associates and setting clear expectations.
• Run store audits and ensure products are stocked, signed, faced, and set to schematic.
• Build relationships with clients and store teams and schedule work appointments.
• Collaborate with Business Development Managers, Brands, and Retail Managers to hit targets.
• Manage budget and keep expenses in line with team goals.
• Maintain smooth operations by managing communication and admin tasks.
