Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree preferred.
• 4 years of applicable retail experience, including 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple duties with changing deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage and direct retail associates; conduct store audits and complete retail projects.
• Ensure products are stocked, signed, faced, and set to client schematics.
• Establish and maintain client relationships and schedule work appointments.
• Monitor and regulate expenses in line with team budget standards.
• Provide accurate administrative communication and coaching to direct reports.
