Job summary

SAS Retail Services, Inc. is seeking a Retail Supervisor to lead a merchandising team across multiple Ohio markets. You will coach, develop, and motivate associates while ensuring shelves are stocked, signed, and aligned with schematics.

Expect close collaboration with store teams and brand partners to drive sales and execute client programs. You will manage programs, monitor budgets, and maintain clear communication to keep workflows moving and targets on track.

Qualifications

• 4 years of retail experience, including 2 years supervising others.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to juggle shifting priorities and tight deadlines.
• Comfort with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team; coach associates, set expectations, help hit goals.
• Run store audits and ensure products are stocked and signed per schematic.
• Build relationships with clients and store teams; schedule work appointments.
• Collaborate with Business Development Managers, Brands, and Retail Managers to hit targets.
• Manage budget and keep expenses in line with team budget.
• Maintain clear communication and timely admin work.
