Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Direct daily activities of department associates and ensure customer service.
• Support achievement of sales, gross margin, inventory and payroll goals.
• Prepare to-do / task lists and execute merchandising directives.
• Staff department with service-oriented associates; assist in interviewing and training.
• Coach, motivate, and evaluate staff to maintain a productive team environment.
• Maintain pricing, UPC integrity and proper display of advertised items.
• Provide legendary customer service and product knowledge demonstrations.
