Bass Pro Shops in Myrtle Beach, SC is seeking a Team Leader to direct department associates in merchandising, inventory control, pricing, and customer service. You will coach staff, schedule, interview and train, and ensure a productive, service-oriented environment.

Maintain plan-o-grams, lead events, and resolve issues with GSM/DM and HR. Requires 2–4 years retail experience with supervisory exposure; high school diploma or equivalent; strong interpersonal, communication, and POS/inventory

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–4 years retail sales experience.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with PC-based word processing, spreadsheets and POS/inventory systems.

Responsabilidades

• Direct department staff to reach sales and service goals.
• Maintain merchandising directives and plan-o-grams.
• Staff department with service-oriented associates; assist in interviewing and training.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues with customers and staff.
• Coordinate special events and ensure pricing/UPC integrity.
• Keep product knowledge up-to-date and conduct staff demos.
• Uphold a positive, harassment-free work environment; other duties as assigned.
