Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Typically 2–4 years in Retail Sales.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily activities of department associates to meet sales and service goals.
• Prepare to-do and task lists; monitor merchandising and pricing.
• Maintain plan-o-grams and execute corporate directives.
• Ensure a pleasant customer shopping experience and high service levels.
• Staff department, participate in interviews, and schedule and coach associates.
• Maintain pricing, UPC integrity, and participate in special events.
