• Maintain plan-o-grams, pricing, and UPC integrity per Corporate Office.
• Staff department, coordinate training, and prepare weekly work schedules.
• Coach and motivate staff to foster a positive, productive team environment.
• Resolve customer and associate issues with management input.
• Conduct product demos and coordinate special events with the team.
