Job summary

Bass Pro Shops in Hermantown, MN is seeking a Team Leader to guide department associates in daily merchandising, inventory, pricing and customer service. You will staff the department, coach associates, and coordinate events to ensure a legendary shopping experience.

The role requires 2–4 years in retail, High School diploma, and strong interpersonal skills; travel is not expected. Competitive benefits apply and starting pay is posted as hourly pay.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 to 4 years in Retail Sales experience.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily direction to department associates to meet sales and service goals.
• Prepare to-do/task lists and execute merchandising directives.
• Maintain plan-o-grams and pricing as set by Corporate Office.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues with GSM/DM and HR Manager.
• Coordinate staff training and weekly work schedules; participate in interviews.
• Stay product expert; conduct staff demos and assist with events.
