Bass Pro Shops in Anchorage is seeking a Team Leader to direct department associates in merchandising, inventory control, pricing, and customer service. You will support store management in staffing, coaching, and achieving sales goals while maintaining a positive, service‑oriented work culture.

The role requires 2–4 years in retail with supervisory experience as a plus, and a commitment to delivering a legendary guest experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–4 years of experience in Retail Sales.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Provides daily direction to department associates and supports achievement of sales, gross margin, inventory shrinkage and payroll goals.
• Executes merchandising directives and maintains planograms as set by Corporate.
• Assists in staffing, training, scheduling, and evaluating team performance.
• Maintains excellent customer service and assists customers in decision making.
• Coordinates events, pricing, stock, and in-store promotions.
