Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 to 4 years in Retail Sales experience.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Directs department within Bass Pro Shops store to meet sales goals.
• Merchandise presentation, inventory control, pricing, and customer service.
• Staff scheduling, training, and performance coaching; interview and recommend hires.
• Maintain plan-o-grams and ensure pricing/inventory accuracy for advertised items.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers in decision-making.
