Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Team Leader to guide department associates in daily operations, merchandising, and customer service. You will help manage staffing, training, and performance, while ensuring pricing accuracy and planograms are followed. A strong focus on customer experience and sales efficiency is required.

You will lead by example, train staff, and collaborate with store management to meet goals and deliver a legendary shopping experience for every customer.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–4 years in Retail Sales experience.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily activities of department associates.
• Execute merchandising directives and maintain plan-o-grams.
• Assist in staffing, training, and performance input.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure a productive team environment.
