Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Team Leader to direct department associates in daily tasks, merchandising, pricing, and customer service. You will drive sales goals, maintain inventory controls, and ensure a productive, positive team environment.

Responsibilities include staff scheduling, training, performance input, and coordinating with management to deliver a legendary shopping experience for every customer.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–4 years in Retail Sales.
• Supervisory experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily activities of department associates.
• Support achievement of sales, gross margin, inventory, and payroll goals.
• Prepare task lists and maintain planograms as directed by corporate.
• Provide excellent customer service and product demonstrations.
• Assist in staffing, training, and scheduling; coach staff to promote teamwork.
• Maintain pricing, signage, and UPC integrity for promotions.
• Resolve customer issues in coordination with GSM/DM and HR.
