Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Team Leader to direct department associates in merchandising, inventory control, pricing, and customer service. You will implement directives, staff the department, and coordinate training to ensure a productive team environment.

Responsibilities include supervising daily operations, maintaining product knowledge, and creating a positive customer experience across all touchpoints in the store.

Qualifications

• Minimum degree: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 2–4 years in Retail Sales.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily activities of associates in the department to meet goals.
• Support store management in sales, inventory, and service.
• Prepare to-do lists and execute merchandising directives.
• Maintain pricing, planograms, and product knowledge across staff.
• Staff department, interview candidates, and coordinate training.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and address issues with leadership.
