Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Team Leader to direct department associates in daily operations, merchandising, training, and customer service. You will implement directives, assist in staffing, and ensure a high-quality shopping experience.

The role emphasizes product knowledge, event coordination, and collaborative leadership with store management to drive sales and maintain brand standards.

Formación

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 to 4 years in Retail Sales.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Direct daily direction to department associates and ensure customer service focus.
• Maintain merchandising directives and plan-o-grams as set by Corporate.
• Assist in staffing, interviewing, training, and scheduling of the department.
• Promote programs (e.g., CLUB Membership, VOC, In-Store Pick-up) and maintain pricing accuracy.
• Deliver a legendary customer experience by identifying needs and recommending products.
• Resolve issues with management andHR while maintaining a positive work environment.
