Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Team Leader to guide department associates in daily operations, merchandise presentation, pricing, stock, and customer service excellence. Under supervision of the Group Sales or Department Manager, you will lead by example, coach staff, and ensure execution of corporate merchandising directives across the department.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2–4 years of retail sales experience.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provides daily direction to the associates within the department.
• Executes merchandising directives and maintains plan-o-grams.
• Assists in staffing, training, and scheduling; coaches and motivates staff.
• Delivers excellent customer service and resolves issues with customers and staff.
• Maintains product knowledge and conducts staff demonstrations.
