Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Team Leader to direct department associates in merchandising, pricing, inventory control, and customer service. You will support store goals while coaching staff, staffing the department, and maintaining product knowledge.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and hands-on involvement in daily operations. The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in retail sales with some supervisory experience, is able to work in a fast-paced environment, and maintains a focus

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 to 4 years in Retail Sales.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily direction to department associates and ensure merchandising and customer service standards.
• Support achievement of departmental sales, margin, inventory, and payroll goals.
• Coordinate staffing, training, and weekly schedules; coach and motivate staff for positive customer relations.
