Bass Pro Outdoor World is seeking a Team Leader to guide department associates, manage merchandising and inventory tasks, and ensure an outstanding customer experience. You will support store leadership, train staff, and schedule work while executing company directives to optimize sales and service.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, leadership, and product knowledge, with opportunities to contribute to events and daily operations in a busy retail environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 2 to 4 years in Retail Sales; Supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Directs department associates daily.
• Supports department goals in sales, gross margin, inventory, and payroll.
• Creates to-do/task lists and executes merchandising directives.
• Maintains planograms and pricing as set by Corporate Office.
• Ensures a pleasant customer shopping experience.
• Staffs department with service-oriented associates; participates in interviewing and training; coordinates scheduling and performance feedback.
• Resolves customer and associate issues with GSM/DM and HR Manager.
• Seeks to exceed company customer service benchmarks.
