Job summary

Bass Pro Shops seeks a Team Leader to direct department associates in merchandising, pricing, inventory control and customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience.

Under supervision of the GSM/DM, you will staff the department, coach associates, coordinate events, and maintain pricing integrity while upholding company policies.

This full-time role requires 2–4 years of retail experience and a high school diploma; supervisory experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2–4 years in Retail Sales.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Directs department associates daily.
• Oversees merchandising, pricing, inventory, and customer service.
• Staffs the department, interviews and recommends candidates.
• Coordinates training and schedules; coaches team.
• Maintains pricing integrity and UPC accuracy.
• Delivers a legendary customer experience through needs-based recommendations.
