Job summary

Bass Pro Shops in the United States is seeking a Team Leader to guide department associates in merchandising, guest service, and daily operations.

Under the supervision of Group Sales or Department Manager, you will direct staffing, coaching, and execution of company directives, while maintaining pricing, inventory accuracy, and a safe, welcoming store environment.

Candidates with 2–4 years retail experience and a high school diploma are encouraged to apply; supervisory experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience: 2 to 4 years in Retail Sales
• Supervisory experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provides daily direction to the associates within the department.
• Executes merchandising directives and maintains plan-o-grams as set by Corporate Office.
• Staffs the department with service-oriented associates; coordinates training and schedules.
• Coaches and motivates associates to promote positive customer relations and teamwork.
• Resolves customer and associate opportunities with GSM/DM and HR Manager.
• Maintains high level of customer service and product knowledge; conducts product demos.
