Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Team Leader to supervise department associates, steer daily tasks, and ensure strong customer service. You will manage merchandising, inventory, pricing, and staffing under the guidance of the GSM/DM to drive sales and a positive shopping experience.

The role requires 2–4 years in retail sales, leadership capabilities, and comfort with POS systems and inventory tools. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with full-time hours and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Retail Sales.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.
• Strong customer service and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily activities of department associates and merchandise presentation.
• Maintain plan-o-grams, pricing and inventory control.
• Staff the department, interview and assist in training, and schedule work hours.
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues with management.
• Execute events and promotions while ensuring pricing and UPC accuracy.
