Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Team Leader to guide department associates in daily operations, merchandising, inventory control, and customer service. You will implement corporate directives, manage pricing, and ensure a productive team environment.

You will support scheduling, interviewing, and training, while maintaining high customer experience standards and helping meet sales and payroll goals. This full-time role requires a hands-on leader with retail experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2–4 years of experience in Retail Sales.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Directs department associates daily and ensures customer service excellence.
• Helps achieve Departmental Sales, Gross Margin, Inventory Shrinkage and Payroll goals.
• Maintains plan-o-grams and pricing as directed by Corporate Office.
• Assists in interviewing, training, and scheduling staff; coaches and motivates the team.
