Bass Pro Shops in Gainesville, FL is seeking a Team Leader Receiving to direct daily activities in the receiving and merchandising area. You will oversee staff, ensure accurate inventory, maintain plan-o-grams, and support store targets while delivering excellent customer service.

The role requires 2–4 years of retail supervisory experience, strong communication, and proficiency with point-of-sale and inventory systems.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–4 years in Retail Sales or related experience.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Direct daily department activities including merchandise presentation, inventory control, pricing, and customer service.
• Staff the department, schedule, and coach associates to promote teamwork.
• Maintain plan-o-grams and pricing per Corporate Office directives.
• Assist with events and ensure high customer service standards.
