Job summary

Bass Pro Shops in Charlotte, NC seeks a Team Lead - Hunting to direct department staff, manage merchandising, and drive sales performance. You will train and schedule associates, ensure pricing accuracy, and deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced store environment.

The role requires 2–4 years in retail with supervisory experience, strong interpersonal skills, and proficiency with POS and inventory systems. This is a full-time on-site position with Bass Pro benefits.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years in Retail Sales.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.
• Ability to read and analyze reports.
• Proficiency with PC-based word processing, spreadsheets, and POS/inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily direction to department associates and manage staffing.
• Maintain plan-o-grams and execute merchandising directives.
• Assist in interviewing and training, schedule staff, and coach team members.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Coordinate specials/events and ensure pricing/inventory accuracy.
