Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Team Leader in Columbus to guide department associates in merchandising, customer service, and daily operations. You will help manage staffing, scheduling, and training while ensuring a high-quality shopping experience and accurate inventory and pricing practices.

As a supervisory-inclined retailer, you will execute corporate directives, maintain planograms, coach staff, and drive sales and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience: 2–4 years in Retail Sales.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Directs department associates daily.
• Maintains merchandising planograms and pricing.
• Staff scheduling and training coordination.
• Supports achievement of sales and payroll goals.
