Job summary

Bass Pro Shops in Anchorage is seeking a Team Leader to direct department associates in merchandising, customer service, and daily operations. You will help plan schedules, train staff, and ensure pricing and signage align with corporate standards.

You will drive sales, choreograph in-store events, manage inventory accuracy, and uphold a high level of courtesy. Strong supervisory skills and retail experience are preferred; a high school diploma is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or equivalent Experience: 2 to 4 years in Retail Sales Supervisory experience is a plus
• Strong leadership and customer service skills; ability to train and coach staff
• Proven ability to manage merchandising, pricing, and inventory accuracy

Responsibilities

• Direct department associates and achieve sales and service goals
• Maintain plan-o-grams, pricing, and signage as directed by corporate
• Staff department with service-oriented associates; participate in interviews and training
• Provide legendary customer service and resolve issues with GSM/DM guidance
