Job summary

Bass Pro Shops in Anchorage, AK seeks a Team Leader to direct department associates in merchandising, inventory control and customer service. You will implement company directives, staff the department and coach the team to deliver a legendary shopping experience.

Responsibilities include achieving sales and margins goals, scheduling, training, and maintaining pricing and display integrity. Must have 2–4 years retail experience and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 2 to 4 years in Retail Sales.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily activities of department associates in merchandising, pricing and customer service.
• Support achievement of departmental sales, gross margin, inventory shrinkage and payroll goals.
• Staff the department, conduct training, and prepare weekly work schedules.
• Maintain pricing, UPC integrity and proper in-store display according to Corporate directives.
• Provide a legendary customer experience through needs analysis and product recommendations.
