Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Team Leader to guide department associates in daily operations, merchandising, inventory control, and customer service. The role includes staff scheduling, training, and implementing corporate directives to ensure a top-notch shopping experience.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in retail sales with supervisory exposure. Strong communication, product knowledge, and people skills are essential for success in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years in Retail Sales.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Direct daily direction to department associates.
• Execute merchandising directives and maintain plan-o-grams.
• Assist in staffing, interviewing, and training of associates.
• Coach and motivate staff to deliver excellent customer service.
• Coordinate and communicate with GSM/DM and HR to manage schedules and performance.
• Ensure a positive, productive, harassment-free work environment.
