Job summary

Goodwill Central Texas in Austin is seeking a Full Time Sales Lead for the Balcones Store. You will support management in daily operations, assist customers, handle cash, and help with merchandising and inventory control.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience leading a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist the store management team with the overall operation of the retail store when scheduled.
• Ensure compliance with all policies, including reporting theft or misuse of company property or other illegal activities.
• Resolve customer complaints in a fair and impartial manner.
• Coach and train associates on their assigned team (sales floor or production) as a subject matter expert.
