Job summary

Goodwill Central Texas in Leander, TX, is seeking a Full Time Retail Team Lead for the Leander Store to oversee daily operations, customer service, merchandising, and inventory control.

You will coach the sales floor and back-room teams, ensure policy compliance, handle cash and records, and coordinate with management. English communication and a flexible schedule are required. This role reports to the Retail General Manager and requires lifting up to 30 pounds.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience leading a team.
• Flexible schedule to support store opening, production and closing operations.
• Ability to effectively communicate in English with customers and GCT associates.
• Keyholder responsibilities for open/closing the store as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Assist the store management team with overall operation.
• Ensure compliance with GCT policies including reporting theft or misuse.
• Resolve customer complaints and refer unsettled disputes to the store manager.
• Coach and train associates on their assigned team as a subject matter expert.
