Job summary

Goodwill-West Texas in San Angelo, TX is seeking a Store Supervisor (full-time hourly) to maintain outstanding customer service, drive sales, and oversee cash wrap operations. You will train staff, supervise team members, and ensure store standards, merchandise presentation, and safety compliance.

Responsibilities include assisting the Store Manager with floor moves, inventory, pricing, and daily deposits while maintaining excellent guest experience across the sales floor.

Qualifications

• 6 months retail sales experience required.
• High School/GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that each customer receives outstanding customer service by promoting a customer friendly environment.
• Lead team in offering an excellent customer experience on the sales floor and at the cash wrap.
• Assist Store Manager with floor moves.
• Merchandise and display items to maintain floor design and store housekeeping.
• Monitor stock and process/replenish merchandise as needed.
• Accurately balance cash drawer and complete daily sales and deposit documentation.
• Must navigate and troubleshoot databases such as POS and tagging system.
