Advantage Solutions is seeking a Retail Manager for Product Demonstrations in Costco to lead a team of in-store demonstrators, oversee product prep and presentation, and coordinate with warehouse managers, vendors, and staff during grand openings.

The role requires an Associate's degree or equivalent, 3+ years in retail/hospitality, strong leadership and communication, and a proven record of building high-performing teams. Set Tue–Sat schedule with benefits.

Qualificações

• Associate degree or higher required; Bachelor's preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in client-side, branded consumer-packaged goods or related mix.
• Strong leadership, communication and teamwork capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Direct all activities engaged in successful events, promotion and sales of vendor products
• Communicate strategies and tactics to achieve sales, service and operational excellence
• Support the maintenance and ongoing development of corporate governance framework, policies and procedures
• Collaborate with the District Manager to evaluate event performance metrics and adjust as needed
• Achieve defined revenue and net income objectives through sales activation, strategy and expense management
• Optimize customer satisfaction/loyalty through improved operations
