Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years in client-side branded consumer-packaged goods or related industry
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to recruit, train and supervise a team
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks

Responsabilités

• Direct all activities for events, promotions and sales of vendor products
• Communicate strategies to achieve sales, service and operational excellence
• Support governance framework, policies and procedures
• Collaborate with District Manager to evaluate event performance metrics and adjust as needed
• Achieve revenue and net income objectives through activation and expense management
• Improve customer satisfaction and loyalty through operations optimization
