Club Demonstration Services in the United States seeks a Retail Manager for product demonstrations in Costco locations. You will lead a team of in-store Product Demonstrators, recruit, hire, train, and supervise staff, and oversee product prep and presentation while ensuring top-notch service for Club members.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in a client-side, branded consumer-packaged goods company or related mix.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to recruit, train and lead a team.
• NEHA Professional Food Handler Certification required.

Responsabilités

• Direct all activities engaged in successful events, promotions and sales of vendor products.
• Communicate strategies and tactics to achieve sales, service and operational excellence.
• Support maintenance and development of governance framework, policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with the District Manager to evaluate event performance metrics and adjust as needed.
• Achieve revenue and net income objectives through sales activation and expense management.
• Optimize customer satisfaction and loyalty through improved operations.
