Club Demonstration Services in Greenville, SC seeks a Retail Manager to lead in-store product demonstrations at Costco, recruiting and training a team of Product Demonstrators and ensuring top-notch service for members. You will oversee product prep and presentation, and facilitate communication among warehouses, vendors, and demonstrators including new location openings.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent experience required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in retail, hospitality, or related environments.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to recruit, train, and lead a team in a fast-paced setting.

Responsabilités

• Direct all activities for events, promotions and vendor product sales.
• Communicate strategies to achieve sales, service and operational excellence.
• Support governance framework, policies and procedures development.
• Collaborate with District Manager to evaluate event performance metrics and costs.
• Aim to achieve revenue and net income objectives through activation and management.
• Improve customer satisfaction and loyalty through better operations.
