Job summary

Advantage Solutions in Greenville, SC seeks a Retail Manager to lead in-store product demonstrations for Costco, recruiting, training, and supervising a team of demonstrators while coordinating with warehouse managers, vendors, and new location openings.

You will oversee product preparation, presentation, and top-notch member service, ensuring effective communication across stakeholders and driving successful events in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent experience required.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in a client-side, branded CPG company, or a mix of supplier- and client-side experience.
• Field of study: Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct all activities engaged in successful events, promotion and sales of vendor products.
• Communicate strategies and tactics to achieve sales, service and operational excellence.
• Support governance framework, policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with the District Manager to evaluate event performance metrics and adjust as needed.
• Achieve defined revenue and net income objectives through sales activation and cost management.
• Optimize customer satisfaction and loyalty through improved operations.
