Job summary

Advantage Solutions is seeking a Retail Manager for Product Demonstrations at Costco to lead a team, recruit and train demonstrators, and ensure outstanding in-store experiences. You will oversee product prep and presentation, drive customer engagement, and coordinate with warehouse managers and vendors for grand openings.

The role requires strong leadership, a background in retail/Hospitality/CPG, and the ability to manage fast-paced events across locations with a set Tue-Sat schedule.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3-5 years of experience in a client-side, branded CPG company, or a mix of supplier- and client-side experience.
• Strong leadership,communication and supervisory abilities.

Responsibilities

• Direct all activities engaged in successful events, promotion and sales of vendor products.
• Communicate strategies and tactics to achieve sales, service and operational excellence.
• Support the maintenance and ongoing development of corporate governance framework, policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with the District Manager to evaluate event performance metrics and costs and make adjustments as necessary.
• Achieve defined revenue and net income objectives through sales activation, strategy and expense management.
• Optimize customer satisfaction/loyalty through improved operations.
