Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2-3 years of related retail experience.
• One year of management experience.
• Rotational store assignments and customer service experience helpful.
• Proven ability to lead and communicate with teams.

Responsibilities

• Staffing, selection and hiring to meet staffing needs.
• Promotes succession planning and development for team members.
• Document disciplinary actions and recommendations for discharge.
• Responsible for P&L, sales and shrink targets.
• Mentor and coach team to exceed customer service and sales goals.
• Ensure team training and safety standards are met.
